Ops

Tools that match the flow you already have.

Spreadsheets rot. Tickets lie. A small app with the real statuses — Requested, Blocked, Waiting on vendor, Done — is how the team actually works. CodeLoom builds that app so you are not waiting on a platform team for a table and a form.

Why this exists

Fit the tool to the flow, not the other way around.

The working loop

Dump the column list. Dump the happy path and the stuck path. Ask for a detail drawer. Ask who can see what — even if auth is a stub, name it so the UI is honest. Then connect a real API with a secret when you are ready.

In the product

What you actually get.

Columns as a contract

If it is in the spreadsheet, it should be in the table. Say types: date, money, owner.

Stuck states

The product is the blocked state. Build it first.

Secrets

Webhook URLs and tokens belong in project secrets.

Audit-ish UI

Ask for who changed what. You will get a log screen if you specify the fields.

Export for IT

When security wants the repo, give them the zip.

Usage

Do not burn the monthly cap on decorative dashboards. Build the queue.

How

A path you can follow without a call.

  1. 01

    Photograph the spreadsheet

    In words. Every column.

  2. 02

    Build list + detail

Then filters. Then the form that creates a row.

  3. 03

Walk a real ticket through it

If it cannot represent last Tuesday’s fire, it is not done.

  4. 04

    Connect later

UI first. API when the shape is right.

Questions

Ask these before you waste a week.

Is this a mock or a real app?

Real Vite + React + TypeScript files in a project you own. Preview is a running Vite server proxied through the studio iframe.

What happens when I hit the token cap?

The agent stops until the month resets or you upgrade. Pro is $19.99/month via Whop card checkout. The webhook sets your plan to Pro.

Can I take the code?

Yes. Export a zip from the studio. Secrets are not stuffed into the zip as plaintext from the ciphertext store — add env files yourself after export.

Can it replace Airtable?

It can replace a specific base that has become a product. It is not a hosted Airtable clone with their permission model.

Who hosts it?

Preview is this host. Production is your export plus whatever you deploy. Enterprise is the conversation for running more inside our studio.

Next

Keep going.

Describe it. Watch it become real.

Free is live. Pro is $19.99/month on Whop. The studio, preview, and export are on this host — not a waitlist.
